SEVEN SACRED TEACHINGS

A look at the meaning and importance of each of the seven sacred teachings – Love, Respect, Honesty, Humility, Courage, Truth and Wisdom

PRIOR HONOUREES

Profiles on previous years’ nominees and highlighted honourees.

The HTGR Gala planning committee remains committed to honouring those who live and work in a way that reflects the Seven Sacred Teachings in todays world.
Join us at our next gala to celebrate our community and the teachings. We will no longer have a selection committee but rather we will honour ALL who are brought forward by the community.

Honouree packages are available now. You may describe how a particular individual lives and works in a way that reflect one of the particular Seven Sacred Teaching ways. You may also know a Non Indigenous Ally who also deserves this honour.

We are very much looking forward to safely gathering once again to celebrate our Culture and its guiding values for how we are to live and work. β€οΈπŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ€
